David Brannen is the real deal. I've known him for years as a husband, father, and friend. I've watched him make hard decisions with integrity. He's grounded, family-centered, and the same man every time. That kind of character is a treasure, and it tells you everything you need to know.
David Brannen is a clear-headed, courageous leader. He doesn't shy away from hard decisions or difficult conversations - he leans into them with wisdom and steadiness. He's the kind of person who does the hard thing when it would be easier not to. I trust his judgment, and that's not something I say about many people.
What sets David apart is his quiet confidence - rooted in wisdom, not ego. He shows up with consistency, follows through, and stays focused on what actually matters. His humility makes him approachable; his judgment makes him invaluable. He's someone I trust. He is also kind, which might be his secret sauce.
David is a leader who truly understands what it means to steward resources well - not just financially, but in how he manages people, relationships, and opportunity. He makes thoughtful decisions, asks the right questions, and never loses sight of the long-term picture. He treats what's been entrusted to him with care, and that's exactly what you want in someone taking over something you've built.
I've worked alongside David for 15+ years. David leads with consistency and integrity, no matter the season. He sets the tone for his team, holds a high bar, and backs it up with how he shows up every day. He knows when to challenge and when to encourage. He continually chooses a positive outlook and believes in what is possible.
I'm a follower of Jesus, husband to Callie and father to Moses, Oliver and Emmy. My faith and family are the reason I work the way I do - and the reason I want to build something that lasts rather than something I can flip. I graduated from Harbert College of Business at Auburn University and received my MBA from Kennesaw State University. Outside of work you'll find me coaching youth sports, mountain biking, serving at church or Lighthouse Family Retreats, and playing chef/bartender for my friends. We live in downtown Alpharetta. These are the good old days!
I'm passionate about caring for people and doing business well. For the last 12 years, I've been responsible for driving healthy growth, leading dynamic teams, building intentional culture and managing a profitable P&L.
For the season ahead, I'm looking for the right business to acquire and grow. Are you - or do you know - a business owner who has given their all to build something great and is now ready to step into a new chapter of life, but doesn't want to hand it off to private equity or see it absorbed by a competitor? Are you looking for a leader who will respect what you've built, bring fresh vision, and care for your people? If so, let's talk.
"Culture eats strategy for breakfast." - Peter Drucker
Business leader with 16+ years of experience building teams, launching products, growing revenue, and managing a profitable P&L - including two products that now generate $45M in annual revenue.
For nearly a decade I've led a business unit spanning 50 territories across 16 states, carrying full P&L responsibility for $4M in annual revenue. My work spans everything from client strategy and team development to sales execution and cross-functional collaboration. I've built and led a team of Account Managers who consistently meet or exceed financial targets, and over the past six months alone have generated $400K in new sales revenue. At its core, this role has been about serving people well - roughly 290 clients each year - and building the kind of culture where team members are excited to give their best.
This is some of the work I'm most proud of professionally. I identified a market opportunity, built the business model, and led a cross-functional team to design, test, and launch two new product lines that fundamentally changed how Booster delivered its services. I created the go-to-market strategy, sales materials, training curriculum, and operational frameworks that allowed the business to scale geographically without proportional cost increases. Those two products are now the company's fastest-growing segment - representing 70% of the client base and $45M in annual revenue.
